Gabriela Rodriguez
Executive Director
Gabriela Rodriguez was born and raised in Los Angeles. After visiting a few times, she moved to the Central Valley because she fell in love with the small-town feeling. She is passionate about making a difference in the community, advocating for others, and using her social media platforms to increase body positivity and self-love. She hopes to influence others to do the same. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Gabriela is the Treasurer of the Hanford Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Soroptimist International of Hanford. Gabriela has worked in the human services field, behavior therapy, and other supportive services. In her spare time, Gabriela likes to hike, take spontaneous trips, and spend time with her family.

Karina Casarez
Operations Manager
Karina Casarez, originally a Tulare-county resident, currently resides in the Bronx, NY. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from California State University Channel Islands. From January 2018 to March 2020, Karina served abroad in the Peace Corps as a Secondary Education English Teacher in Myanmar. She recently obtained a Master's in Global Affairs with a concentration in international law and human rights and a specialization in the United Nations from New York University (NYU). She has been with Kings Partnership since 2020, holding various roles including Office Administrator, Office Manager, Multimedia Manager, and Senior Support Specialist, and is currently serving as the Operations Manager. These roles have provided her with the opportunity to "do her part” in making her community healthier. She is passionate about work that assists in the growth and development of individuals by ensuring that basic needs are met and by improving and empowering the community and community partners.

Aliyah Ortiz
Community Specialist
Aliyah Ortiz is a Hanford resident who graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor's in Public Relations. She is interested in pursuing a career in Higher Education as an Academic Counselor, where she can guide students toward their educational and career goals. For now, she will be focusing on doing her part in the Kings County community to provide support, awareness, and change. She is passionate about creating connections and building strong relationships with people in hopes of collaborating on new ideas that will positively impact the quality of life in Kings County. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading romance novels, and watching anime.

Gisselle Tamayo
Program Coordinator
Gisselle Tamayo is a Hanford-born, Lemoore-raised resident who graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her experience comes from interning and working within non-profit organizations where she discovered an interest in local outreach. She is passionate about developing and delivering wellness resources to her community while also fostering meaningful connections that will help advance initiatives to further promote positive growth in Kings County across various sectors. She is keen to explore different career avenues within the scope of her industry and remains open to seizing each and every opportunity life presents to her. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family, watching the latest TV shows & movies, listening to her favorite artists, and traveling.

Marilyn Castaneda
Program Assistant
Marilyn Castaneda is a Monterey Bay-born, Hanford-raised resident who graduated from Fresno State with a bachelor's in Print Journalism. After working in the newsroom and reporting local news in Fresno, Marilyn found an interest in outreach by serving her community. In her short time working with local non-profits, Marilyn feels passionate about making meaningful connections with others and helping those in underserved communities. She is also a small business owner for a cookie company called, The Sweet Crumb. In her free time, Marilyn loves to work for her business and sell at local events like the Thursday Night Market in Hanford. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as trying new foods and traveling.
