Gabriela Rodriguez
Executive Director
Gabriela Rodriguez was born and raised in Los Angeles but fell in love with the Central Valley's small-town charm and decided to make it her home. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. She is currently the Secretary of the Kings Community Action Organization Board of Directors and a member of the Corcoran Kiwanis. Her past affiliations include the Hanford Rotary Club, Soroptimist International of Hanford, and the Hanford Chamber of Commerce.
As the Executive Director of the Kings Partnership, Gabriela aligns her personal values with those of the organization, fostering a collaborative approach to enhance the quality of life in Kings County. She is especially proud to work for an organization that prioritizes the wellbeing of both the community and its staff.
In her free time, Gabriela enjoys hiking, kickboxing, cycling, traveling, and reading self-help books.

Aliyah Ortiz
Program Coordinator (Substance Use Prevention)
Aliyah Ortiz is a Hanford resident with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton and an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lemoore College. Aliyah joined Kings Partnership in 2022 as an Office Administrator and has since progressed through roles as a Community Specialist and, most recently, as a Program Coordinator. She enjoys contributing to the Kings County community by providing support, raising awareness, and driving change. Aliyah currently serves on the executive board for the Kings County Tobacco-Free Coalition, where she supports the coalition's efforts in promoting tobacco-free awareness and education. In her free time, Aliyah enjoys cozy activities like coloring, reading, and spending time with her husband and their cat, Juna.

Gisselle Tamayo
Program Coordinator (Holistic Health & Wellness)
Gisselle Tamayo is a Hanford-born, Lemoore-raised resident who graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her experience comes from interning and working within non-profit organizations where she discovered an interest in local outreach. She is passionate about developing and delivering wellness resources to her community while also fostering meaningful connections that will help advance initiatives to further promote positive growth in Kings County across various sectors. She is keen to explore different career avenues within the scope of her industry and remains open to seizing each and every opportunity life presents to her. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family, watching the latest TV shows & movies, listening to her favorite artists, and traveling.

Jennifer Quinonez
Program Coordinator (Trauma-Informed Communities)
Jennifer Quinonez, originally from Fresno, CA, has made Hanford her home since 2018. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, she has dedicated her career to promoting health and wellness among vulnerable populations. Having worked with well established Non-Profit organizations in Fresno,Jennifer’s program management has successfully launched initiatives that fostered a sense of belonging and strengthened civic infrastructure in BIPOC communities. Trained in trauma-informed practices, she addresses social disparities through a compassionate lens. In addition to her advocacy work, Jennifer has spent more than ten years teaching physical movement in community settings, emphasizing its role as a mental health outlet. Passionate about aligning her values with those affected by health disparities, she partners with others to drive innovation and achieve meaningful outcomes. Outside of work, Jennifer loves to spend time with family, friends, and her fur babies, as well as staying active through fitness, hiking, and traveling.

Marilyn Castaneda
Program Facilitator
Marilyn Castaneda is a Monterey Bay-born, Hanford-raised resident who graduated from Fresno State with a bachelor's in Print Journalism. After working in the newsroom and reporting local news in Fresno, Marilyn found an interest in outreach by serving her community. In her short time working with local non-profits, Marilyn feels passionate about making meaningful connections with others and helping those in underserved communities. She is also a small business owner for a cookie company called, The Sweet Crumb. In her free time, Marilyn loves to work for her business and sell at local events like the Thursday Night Market in Hanford. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as trying new foods and traveling.

Iranda Ramirez
Program Support Specialist
Iranda Ramirez is a proud Hanford native with a passion for community advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a focus in Victimology from California State University, Fresno, graduating Summa Cum Laude in May 2025. During her time at Fresno State, Iranda actively participated in campus outreach events, where she developed a strong interest in raising awareness around mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and child abuse prevention. Her vision is clear and compelling: to break the cycle of trauma and bring hope to her community. Whether supporting survivors of domestic violence, guiding families through substance use challenges, or educating youth on healthy relationships, Iranda is committed to creating a safer and more informed community. Driven by her dedication to service, Iranda joined Kings Partnership as an Outreach Specialist. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her plants and spending time with her cats.
