MISSION
Breaking Barriers is empowering Kings County’s rural communities, including Corcoran and Avenal, raising overdose awareness and reducing stigma around substance use. Through overdose prevention education, stigma-reduction campaigns, youth programs, naloxone training, and essential resource distribution, we’re equipping residents with the tools and knowledge to make informed choices.
